Accessibility and AI Disclosure
This page covers two things: how we try to make this site usable for everyone, and how we use AI in our own work. Both matter to us, and we would rather write them down than leave you guessing.
Our accessibility commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this website. That is the standard most organizations use, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.
Training is our business. A course nobody can use is not training, it is decoration. The same thinking applies to the site that sells it.
What this site gives you
- Adjustable text size. Four steps, from the default up to 150 percent.
- Bold text mode. Raises the weight of body text without changing the layout.
- Light and dark themes. Both are checked for contrast, not just the one we like looking at.
- Full keyboard navigation. Every link, button and control works without a mouse, with a focus ring you can actually see.
- Skip to main content. Press Tab when a page loads and it is the first thing you get.
- Real heading structure. Headings run in order so a screen reader can move through a page by section.
- Alt text on images. Photographs and diagrams carry descriptions. Decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers so it does not add noise.
- Tested contrast. Text and controls are measured against their backgrounds in both themes.
How to use the reader controls
Look at the top of any page for the Aa button, next to the sun and moon icon that switches themes. Select it and a small panel opens.
Pick a text size from 100, 115, 130 or 150 percent. Turn Bold text on if the heavier weight is easier to read. Reset to default puts both back.
Your choice is saved in your browser and carries to every other page on the site, including after you close the tab and come back. On a phone, open the menu first and the controls are inside it.
You can also use your browser or operating system zoom. The site is built to work with both.
How we test
We run automated checks with axe against WCAG 2.1 AA on every page, in both themes, and we fix what it finds before anything goes live. Automated tools catch maybe half of what matters, so we also work through each page with the keyboard alone: tab order, focus visibility, whether controls announce what they are and what state they are in.
We check the layout at every text size on phone, tablet and desktop widths, because text that scales into an unreadable pile is not an accessibility feature.
Where we fall short
We would rather tell you than claim perfection.
- We have not tested with every screen reader. Our checks cover keyboard use and automated rules, not a full pass with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver on every page.
- The site uses decorative motion, including drifting background layers and elements that fade in as you scroll. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, we turn that off. If it is not, the motion is there.
- Our training portals are separate products with their own interfaces. This statement covers this website. Ask us directly about a specific portal and we will tell you where it stands.
- We have not had an independent audit. Everything here is our own testing.

If something on this site blocked you, we want to hear about it. You do not need to know the technical reason. Telling us what you were trying to do and what happened is enough.

We will reply within three business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and roughly when it will land. If you need the same information in another format in the meantime, ask and we will send it.

How we use AI
We train companies to use AI. It would be strange to hide that we use it ourselves, so here is how.
We use AI tools when we build this website and when we produce training materials. That includes drafting copy, writing and reviewing code, checking accessibility, and shaping course outlines from the source material a client gives us.
A person reviews everything before it ships. Nothing goes to a client or onto this site because a tool produced it. Someone reads it, checks it against the source, and decides. When the tool is wrong, that is our mistake to catch, not yours to discover. Accuracy and accessibility are our responsibility. "The AI wrote it" is not an excuse we will offer you.
We think that is the honest version of what we teach. AI moves the work along. It does not sign off on it.
Your material stays yours
When you hire us, you hand over product information, policies, procedures and sometimes recordings of your own people. We treat all of it under the terms in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use client content to train third-party models. Your material is used to build your training and nothing else. We do not feed it into public tools that learn from what they are given, and we do not reuse one client's material to build another client's program.
