What we do
S3 Elite AI provides AI adoption training, workshops, consulting, and custom online training portals for sales and leadership teams. This website describes that work.
This site is information, not a contract
Everything on this site is for general information. Reading it, filling in a form, or emailing us does not create a client relationship, and nothing here is an offer or a contract for services.
Our actual work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. That agreement sets the scope, the fees, the schedule, and the terms. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, course and curriculum materials, training portals, and software, is owned by S3 Elite AI LLC and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. All S3 Elite AI branded content, training programs, and related materials are the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission.
The S3 Elite AI name and logo are our trademarks. Other names and marks on this site belong to whoever owns them.
What you may do with it
You may view these pages and print or save copies for your own personal, non-commercial use. That's the whole licence. It doesn't transfer ownership of anything, and we can withdraw it at any time.
What you may not do

- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source of any part of the site or our training portals
- reproduce, resell, or redistribute our training content, curriculum, or course materials in any form
