Privacy Policy
S3 Elite AI LLC ("S3 Elite AI," "we," "us") is an Ohio limited liability company. We serve Northeast Ohio and beyond. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
We collect three kinds of information.
What you send us. If you fill in a contact form or email us, we keep what you send. That usually means your name, your email address, your phone number, your company, and whatever you wrote or told us.
Standard server and analytics data. Like most websites, ours records basic technical details when you visit. That includes your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site you came from.
Nothing else. We don't ask for payment details, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, to deliver training and consulting you've hired us for, and to keep our own records. We use the analytics data to see which pages people actually read so we can improve them.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar storage for two purposes. Some are needed to make the site work, including the reader settings that remember your text size and bold text choice. Others come from analytics that count visits and page views.
You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block them, delete the ones already stored, or warn you before accepting new ones. Look under Settings, then Privacy. If you block cookies, the site still works, though your reader settings won't carry from page to page.
Who else touches your data
We use outside companies to run parts of this business. That includes the platform that hosts this website, the service that carries our email, and our analytics provider. Each of them handles data only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell personal information. We don't rent it or trade it either. We will share information if a court order or the law requires it, or if we need to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and then for up to seven years afterward so we can meet tax, contract, and other legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, see the section below.
How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted connection. We limit who at S3 Elite AI can see client records, and we use reputable providers for hosting and email.
We want to be straight with you about the limit here: no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure. We take reasonable steps, but we can't promise absolute security, and you should keep that in mind whenever you send sensitive material by email.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Email Alyssa at [email protected] and say what you want done. We'll confirm who you are, then respond within 30 days. There's no charge for a reasonable request. If we can't delete something because the law requires us to keep it, we'll tell you which record and why.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and working professionals. It isn't directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact Alyssa and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to other websites, including tool vendors, publications, and The University of Akron. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for how they handle your data. Read their privacy policies before you give them anything.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the page for at least 30 days. Checking back now and then is the best way to stay current.
